Highlighter Pen Review by LOLO
Price Value Quality I had been on constant lookout for highlighter in the form of a pen since i find the loose powders and pressed highlighter powders a little demanding in terms of usage. This one has a brush at the end and the highlighter is released from the brush tip on slight pressure. Completely non messy and so easy to carry. Ideal for touch ups. (Posted on 28/10/2011)
