We are committed to ship products within 2 to 5 business days of the order being confirmed. In order to ensure on-time delivery of your order we ship your ordered goods only by premier courier service. The delivery time of the same may range from 3 to 7 business days depending on your location and availability.
What are your Shipping Charges?
We offer FREE Shipping on Orders above INR 250 else we charge INR 50 as shipping.
After we ship your order, an email with a tracking link will reach your inbox. Clicking on the link will give you the information on where your order is. This is third party tracking system through our courier partners.
What happens if I haven't received my order?

No, presently we do not.
Please inform us immediately of the error and we will rectify it as long as the shipment has not been made. Once the order has been dispatched no changes to the order can be accepted and you are liable to pay full as per order invoice.
How do I Return or Exchange an item?
We have a No Return No Refund Policy. If however the product is damaged in transportation, we shall replace the product provided the product is returned to us in the original seal and packing. The responsibility and cost for returning the product to 365G will rest with you, the customer. We will not refund your money but replace the product. We will only replace those products which reach us within 7 working days from date of delivery.
The products received are not what I ordered?
In the unlikely event that there is a mismatch in the order you placed and the product you have received, please return the products in its original seal and packing to 365G. We shall replace them with your ordered products. However if the returned products are found to be unpacked and used, we shall not make the replacement.
I forgot to use my discount code?
We are unable to apply any discounts after an order has been placed on site.
How do I Find a Brand or Product on your site?
The quickest way to find your favorite brands is by using the ‘Brands’ link in the top navigation menu. It is on the right most corner of the navigation bar. You can also type in the key word for your brand in the search box provided in the top right corner.
What do I do if I can't remember My Password?
In case you have forgotten your login password, go on the ‘LOGIN’ link on the top right corner. Once you click this link, it will ask you for your email address and password. Just besides the LOGIN button is the ‘Forgot Your Password?’ link. Click this. Fill in your email address when prompted and the new password will be sent in your inbox. Alternately click the link below Forgot Password?
How do I rate and review a product?
Find the product that you want to review. Go to its detail page. Click on the Review Tab. You will be asked to enter a nickname that will appear with your posted reviews. Once you enter your nickname it cannot be edited/changed.
Rate a Product: There is a five-star rating scale for each product. One star is the lowest rating and five stars is the highest. Click on the star you wish to select your rating.
Write a Review:When writing your reviews, be sure to keep it clean. (No obscenities, discriminatory language, spam content, or critical comments about other reviews or reviewers.) Please don't include personal contact information or other URLs. We recommend that you focus on the product and include details about what you like or dislike about it.
Click on the "Submit" button to submit your review. You will get a confirmation note to let you know it has been successfully submitted. All reviews are read and moderated before appearing on the website. We will reject reviews which include obscenities, discriminatory language, spam content, or critical comments about other reviews or reviewers. Your review will also be rejected if it includes personal contact information or other URLs. All approved, valid reviews will be posted within 72 hours of submission.
