Quality Price Value I reached out for this shampoo when my hair started falling out cos of stress.
It is easy to use, just remember not to wet the bar. Wet your hair and stroke the bar on your hair in one direction, work it into your scalp.
It has a strong spicy smell, but it went away after i washed it out.
