Aloe Vera Hair Mask for Oily, Dry, and Combination Scalp

We all have seen an Aloe-vera plant in our home or somewhere in our surroundings. Have you ever wondered how a cactus-like looking plant can treat most of your hair and skin problems?

It is cultivated worldwide and historically; aloe has been used for skin conditions and was thought to improve baldness and treat wounds.

Aloe vera contains vitamins A, C, and E. These vitamins help in promoting healthy cell growth and shiny hair. Additionally, Vitamin B-12 and folic acid are found in aloe vera gel, both of these components aid in fighting the hair fall issues.

1. For Dry Scalp

Aloe Vera And Coconut Oil

Coconut oil has anti-microbial properties which fight the growth of yeast cells on your scalp. It also acts as a gentle cleanser, which covers your hair strands with a protective layer.

METHOD:
● Combine 4 tbsp aloe vera gel with 4 tbsp of coconut oil (Take the quantity according to your hair length)
● Massage this mixture well on your scalp and hair
● Leave it for half an hour
● Wash it with lukewarm water

 

 

2. For Oily Scalp

Lemons are rich in vitamin C. It boosts the production of collagen which helps in enhances the flow at which your hair grows.
It helps to clean the scalp and unclog hair follicles. Issues such as dandruff, hair fall, slow growth occur due to clogged pores. It also helps in controlling the production of oil on your scalp.

METHOD:
● Combine 2 tbsp aloe vera gel with 1 tbsp of lemon juice (Take the quantity according to your hair length)
● Massage this mixture well on your scalp and hair
● Leave it for half an hour
● Wash it with lukewarm water

3. For Combination Scalp

METHOD:

Use aloe vera and coconut oil in the ratio 2:1

These quick hair mask recipes are absolutely easy to make and effective.
